Abigail Locke
Piano; Anderson Studio
Hello! My name is Abigail Locke, and I am a junior at Anderson University pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance with a concentration in Piano Pedagogy. I currently study under Dr. Howard Kim.
I began private piano lessons at the age of five, inspired by Beethoven’s “Für Elise.” Throughout high school, I sought additional musical opportunities, including accompanying my younger brother’s violin recitals, serving as a worship band pianist, and participating in competitions.
I have been teaching piano for the past seven years with students ranging from elementary through high school. In addition to teaching, I remain actively engaged in performance. I serve as pianist at Nell Townsend Church, perform regularly with Anderson University’s Piano Ensemble, and present solo repertoire each semester.
Through both teaching and performance, I aim to cultivate musical excellence, artistry, and a lifelong appreciation for music in my students and audiences alike.

Harry Braswell
Guitar, Ukulele, Electric Bass, Piano, Drum Set; Anderson & Greenville Studios
Harry has been performing in bands since he was 11 years old. From youth groups and church bands to his friends' garages, he's performed on keyboards, guitar, bass, drums, mandolin, and vocals throughout his teens. Writing songs since he started playing, his adult music career has heavily featured playing and writing for Columbia rock band Harry & the Hootenannies (find them on all streaming platforms, if you want an idea of his style and range).
Along the way, he's played in various tribute bands, showcasing well-known music by Nirvana and Led Zeppelin, as well as more niche acts like They Might be Giants and Neutral Milk Hotel.
Teaching music and hosting open mics for over ten years, his philosophy is that if you aren't having fun, you're doing it wrong - and nothing is more fun than improving a skill that can be enjoyed solo or shared with others.
That's why it's called "playing" music.
